1. Service
Relevio converts bank statement PDFs into spreadsheet files. The service is provided as-is, with quotas depending on your plan.
2. Accounts and quotas
Anonymous users get 1 free conversion of up to 3 pages. Free accounts get 5 pages per month, Starter 100 pages, Pro 500 pages. Quotas reset each calendar month.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in euros through Stripe, VAT included where applicable, and can be cancelled at any time from Settings. The plan remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You must only upload documents you are entitled to process. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service. Automated or excessive use may be rate limited.
5. Accuracy
Extraction is automated and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the exported data before using it for accounting or tax purposes.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Relevio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
